Mission Workshop Spar is a lightweight, weatherproof sling pack that carries daily essentials. One of MW's most compact bags, it can be worn in either a single-strap sling configuration or as a backpack with an optional backpack harness.
Additional design features include weatherproof construction, YKK Aquaguard zippers, dual-access 8-litre main compartment with microfleece-lined compartment, zippered front organizational compartment with key clip, padded back panel, and convertible shoulder strap system.
In sling configuration, Spar can be worn on either the front or back of the body and has dual-access capability through the top flap or side-zip entry points. The sling strap has a removable ventilated shoulder pad and can be upgraded with MW quick-adjust messenger shoulder strap assembly. The side zip allows access to the main compartment without doffing the pack.
Spar is Arkiv®-system compatible and can be combined with an R2/R6 or Radian pack to create a versatile travel system. You will need Arkiv Clips for connection and the clip set is sold separately!
The standard Spar is sewn with high-tenacity HT500 textile, and the XPac® versions are made from Dimension Polyant VX21, renowned for its abrasion, tear and weather resistance per gram weight. In addition, every Spar VX-version features magnetic Fidlock® V-Buckle.
